📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and clinic policies.
• Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Handle financial management, including budgeting and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive patient acquisition and retention.
• Represent the clinic at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare or beauty industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a healthcare facility or similar business.
