📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing the nursing team and ensuring smooth operations.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.,Collaborate with the medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Maintain a clean and organized nursing unit.,Support the head nurse in implementing healthcare policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Experience in a similar role in a healthcare facility is a plus.
