As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our vehicle fleet, from maintenance and scheduling to driver management and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the vehicle fleet,Schedule and dispatch vehicles for various tasks and routes,Monitor vehicle maintenance and ensure timely repairs,Manage driver schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and maintenance,Handle vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff as needed🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record,Ability to travel and work in various locations as needed🛠️ Keahlian
