HR Business Partner - Strategic People & Business Success

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. You will work closely with managers to understand their business needs and develop people strategies that align with their goals. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and for promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement and performance.
• Partner with managers to understand their business needs and develop people strategies that support their goals.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to employment contracts, leave policies, and termination procedures.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to support organizational success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in a business partner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in using HR software, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
