📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain a clean and organized office environment by tidying up workspaces, restocking supplies, and disposing of waste.,Support administrative tasks such as filing documents, making copies, and preparing materials for meetings.,Assist in the preparation and serving of refreshments to visitors and staff.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications to the appropriate departments.,Perform general office duties as assigned by the management.,Ensure the safety and security of the office by monitoring access and reporting any suspicious activities.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.,Assist in the organization and coordination of office events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic office equipment and software is a plus.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
