📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.,Develop and maintain operational plans and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that operations align with the overall business strategy.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that products and services meet customer expectations.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that materials and services are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
