Fast Base Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine recruitment needs and job specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidate performance.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational skills to manage recruitment activities and maintain accurate records.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
