CV Garuda Nusa is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. This is a remote position based in Manado, offering a competitive salary package. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver schedules.,Coordinate with drivers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including maintenance logs and fuel usage.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend solutions for operational improvements.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards.
