📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the health center, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.,Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient care is of the highest quality.,Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and staffing levels.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive patient experience.,Prepare and maintain reports on operations, staffing, and patient care.,Collaborate with the management team to implement new initiatives and improve processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and healthcare management systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
