Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information,Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed,Process customer payments and handle cash transactions,Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment,Promote products and special offers to customers,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets,Participate in store events and promotions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems,Proficient in using a computer and basic office software,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg,Friendly and approachable demeanor
