📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the retail sales process, from customer inquiries to closing deals.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information and pricing.,Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Assist in organizing and participating in sales promotions and events.,Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies and processes.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and sales tools.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations.
