📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies,Prepare and present food in a professional manner,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff,Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Good communication and teamwork skills,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
