📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist dental professionals during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
- Maintain detailed patient records using electronic health record systems like Dentrix or DentalEZ.
- Perform pre- and post-procedure tasks, such as taking X-rays and preparing treatment areas.
- Assist in patient education and communication, ensuring they understand their treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless workflow and high standards of patient care.
- Keep the clinic clean and organized, following strict hygiene protocols.
- Assist in scheduling and managing patient appointments.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant or similar healthcare role.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with dental software and electronic health record systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and clinic hygiene.
- Valid certification as a Dental Assistant (preferred but not required).
