📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a specific section within the organization,Ensure the smooth operation of the section by setting and achieving performance targets,Coordinate with team members to achieve section goals and objectives,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and support as needed,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for team members,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of section activities and performance,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support,Represent the section in meetings and events as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
