📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and operations of resort facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Manage a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of resort facilities to identify and address any issues or concerns.
• Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of maintenance and repair projects.
• Monitor and report on facility performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, guest satisfaction scores, and maintenance costs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and team members, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or facilities management industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software, such as Maintenance Manager, Maximo, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, vendors, and guests.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
