📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, scheduling, and maintaining applicant records.
- Support the HR team in managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in maintaining HR records and databases using SAP SuccessFactors.
- Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies.
- Assist in the organization of HR events and activities.
- Support the HR team in any other tasks as required.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in HR or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
