IRIS Sentosa is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping employees and the organization succeed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Administer and enforce company policies and procedures related to HR.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR objectives are met.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and databases.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
