🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR development or training and development.
• Certification in HR development or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of successful training program implementation.
• Familiarity with the environmental services industry is a plus.
