CV Abadi Berkah is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our operations in Sumedang. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branch management and a proven track record of success. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Manage a team of staff and ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and financial tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian business culture and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.
