Central Shop Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Dili. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and growth of our employees. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both remotely and in the office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, training, and employee development.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language (Tetun or Indonesian).,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
