📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure their IT needs are met.,Monitor and maintain IT security measures to protect our data and systems.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Familiarity with IT security best practices is a plus.
