📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Monitor bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Provide administrative support to the finance manager.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance accounting skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP-Indonesia).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
