📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage branch budget and ensure financial targets are met.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Coordinate with the head office to ensure alignment with company policies and strategies.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor branch inventory and ensure proper stock management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales and customer service operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
