📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Managing a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.,Providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues.,Monitoring and reporting on branch performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Assisting in the development and implementation of new products and services.,Participating in training and development programs for staff.,Representing the branch at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the banking or financial services industry.,Strong knowledge of banking products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with banking software and systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
