In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous learning and a proven track record in developing and delivering effective training programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and develop curriculum to address those needs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Manage a team of learning and development professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
