📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the internal audit function, ensuring that all audit processes are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across our operations in Indonesia, working closely with management to develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
• Develop and maintain robust compliance frameworks, ensuring that all our operations are in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of our risk management and compliance frameworks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Work closely with our internal audit team to ensure that all audit processes are conducted in a timely and efficient manner, and that all findings are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, outlining the status of our risk management and compliance frameworks, and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in risk management, compliance, and internal audit, and ensure that our frameworks and processes are always aligned with industry best practices.
• Foster a culture of integrity and compliance within our team, encouraging open communication and collaboration, and ensuring that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and obligations under applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit.
• Professional certification in risk management, compliance, or internal audit, such as CPA, CIA, or CISA.
• Strong background in risk assessment, risk management, and compliance frameworks, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including management, regulators, and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in a timely and effective manner.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience working in a multinational or international environment is a plus.
