📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for sustainable marine resource management
• Conduct ecosystem assessments using GIS and remote sensing tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize resource extraction opportunities
• Analyze regulatory requirements and develop compliance strategies
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Monitor and evaluate the environmental and economic impacts of resource extraction activities
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in marine resource management
• Provide technical guidance to project teams on resource optimization strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology, Environmental Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in marine resource management or related field
• Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS) and remote sensing tools (ENVI, ERDAS)
• Strong understanding of Indonesian marine regulations and environmental laws
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Valid PAMA certification (preferred)
