📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Train and develop staff, and foster a positive and productive work environment.,Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and conferences, and build relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,A strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,A high level of professionalism and attention to detail.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,A passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
