EO Executive Optical is seeking a dynamic and experienced Roving Branch Manager to oversee multiple locations across Bali. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage our branches in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service across all locations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of PHP 38000 - 40000.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage multiple branches in Bali, ensuring high standards of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue across all locations.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing leadership and support to ensure productivity and job satisfaction.,Coordinate with headquarters to ensure consistent brand and operational standards across all branches.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular branch audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and products.,Promote and participate in community events and initiatives to enhance the company's brand image.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the retail or optical industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of the optical industry and market trends is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for branch visits and travel.
