Global Root Lestari is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Palu. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and processing payments.,Manage cash transactions, including counting and depositing cash, handling customer refunds, and resolving any discrepancies.,Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, patient, and professional.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cash register and sales floor.,Assist in stocking and organizing products on the sales floor.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to sales and cash handling.,Assist in any other tasks as assigned by the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
