📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.,Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration.,Lead training and development initiatives.,Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record in recruitment and employee development.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
