📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess and evaluate the social needs of individuals and families, and develop personalized support plans.,Provide case management and advocacy services to help clients access necessary resources and services.,Conduct home visits and community outreach to identify and address social issues.,Develop and implement community programs and initiatives to promote social well-being.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social support services and programs.,Collaborate with other professionals, such as doctors, therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to clients.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of client information and service provision.,Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in social work or a related field, with at least 2 years in a senior or management role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian social welfare policies, laws, and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and diverse environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid work permit or visa for Indonesia.,Experience in working with diverse communities and cultural sensitivity.
