📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales targets.,Ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high standards of performance and customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successful sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and regulations is an advantage.
