📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
