📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs and materials that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure training initiatives align with business objectives.
  • Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that training programs are integrated into the overall HR strategy.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and providing training to new hires.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment techniques, and learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR tools.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
