As an Affiliate Leader, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies that drive sales and expand our customer base. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive sales and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage affiliate campaigns using tools like ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, and Amazon Associates.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.
• Conduct market research to identify new affiliate opportunities and trends.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to the management team on affiliate performance and strategic initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure the continued success of affiliate initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs and driving sales growth.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using affiliate marketing tools and software such as ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, and Amazon Associates.
• Certification in digital marketing or affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
