As an HSE Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and health of our employees and the overall compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on health, safety, and environmental practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and prevent recurrence.,Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Maintain and update safety documentation and records.,Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management.,Certification in health, safety, and environmental management (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
