📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new luxury product suppliers, ensuring they meet our quality and performance standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, ensuring consistent delivery and high-quality products.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and trends in the luxury goods industry.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring they align with our business objectives and legal requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new suppliers into our operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supplier relations.
• Participate in supplier development programs and initiatives to enhance our supplier network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supplier relations or a similar role within the luxury goods industry.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the luxury goods industry and market trends.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in supply chain management or a related field is a plus.
