📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle outbound telemarketing calls to generate leads and drive sales for our insurance products.
Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our insurance solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot to track and manage customer interactions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues promptly.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing and customer service.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive sales and achieve targets.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with insurance products and services is a significant advantage.
Valid SIM card and driving license for travel to various locations in Bali.
